The Supreme Court of Cassation awards an Interpretative Decision dealing with the admissible evidences in the course of examination of the objections against the lists of accepted and non-accepted receivables as per Insolvency proceedings
The Supreme Court of Cassation of the Republic of Bulgaria has recently awarded an Interpretative Decision putting an end to the contradictious court practice on the matters concerning the admissible evidences within the examination of the objections against the lists of accepted and non-accepted receivables within the insolvency proceedings. According to the Decision, not only documentary evidences are admissible, but also all other types of evidences as admissible in commercial litigation.
